"Romeo Lau & Co" is established in Guangzhou City, China. Its two major divisions are business & legal services. Hereinafter referred to as "Romeo business consulting" with the mission of "providing one-stop company service solutions" and "Romeo Intellectual Property Service" with the mission of "empowering the development of customers with intellectual property rights ".
Over the past ten years, Romeo Lau & Co has accumulated rich experience in the fields of establishment of domestic and foreign-invested enterprises, accounting services, work permit for foreigners in China and foreign-related legal services. In order to adapt to the changes in the economic situation and the actual needs of clients, Romeo Lau & Co has cooperated with foreign accounting firms and law firms to help clients set up Hong Kong , American and Singapore companies, providing account opening and accounting services locally.

Romeo Lau partner, agents in trademark & patent
In 2002, Mr Lau graduated from Changchun Normal University with a bachelor degree in English literature and law sciences. Since 2006, Mr LAU has been providing services in Chinese company, WFOE, accounting, overseas company operation, foreingers' work permit & resident visa. Mr LAU has presented hundreds of foriegn clients in Chinese jurisdiction cases, including trade contract disputes, civil & criminal cases.
Now Mr LAU has served a few WFOEs and some foreign consulates in Guangzhou as the legal & financial advisor.
